The Coalition’s Purpose is:
- To ensure completion of an Environmental Impact Study prior to selection of a construction plan for the proposed Blue Water Bridge Plaza; and,
- To ensure such Study provides mitigation for damages and equitable relief for the City of Port Huron and its surrounding communities and St. Clair County as a whole.
- To do such things and to perform such acts to accomplish its purposes as the Coalition may determine to be appropriate and with all power conferred on nonprofi t corporations under the laws of the State of Michigan.
